Booking terms

Our role

Agafay Desert Luxury is a travel agency. We arrange bookings with camps and activity operators in the Agafay Desert. The accommodation and the activities are provided by those camps and operators, not by us. We are responsible for arranging your booking correctly and for supporting you throughout.

Making a booking

A booking is confirmed only when we have sent you a written confirmation and received the deposit. Requests sent through this website are enquiries, not bookings.

Payment

• Nothing is charged before your arrival. There is no deposit and no online payment on this site.
• You pay in cash on the day, on site, to the driver who brings you. Please bring the amount with you: there is no card machine and no cash point on the plateau.
• Your booking is held on our written confirmation alone.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set by each camp and we pass them on before you pay. Our own conditions: to be provided.

Changes and weather

Activities may be cancelled for safety in high wind or heavy rain. Where an activity cannot run, it is refunded or moved. Camps do not refund a stay on account of weather.

Your responsibility

• Valid travel insurance is your responsibility, and we strongly recommend it.
• Tell us about medical conditions, allergies and dietary requirements when you book.
• Activities have minimum ages and are undertaken at your own risk.

Complaints

Tell us during your stay if something is wrong. Most things can be fixed on the spot and almost nothing can be fixed afterwards. Write to sales@agafaydesertluxury.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, to be confirmed with your lawyer.
