Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern bookings of excursions, activities, accommodation and tours made through visitmarrakech.info.

2. Our role

visitmarrakech.info acts as an intermediary. Each experience is delivered under the responsibility of the local operator named on the product page and on the booking voucher.

3. Booking

Every request is confirmed in writing. A booking is only firm once you have received the numbered booking voucher by email or WhatsApp.

4. Prices, currency and payment

Prices shown on the site are per person, in euros, unless stated otherwise — per night for accommodation. No online payment is requested. Payment is made directly to the operator on the day of the experience.

The booking voucher states the amount in both currencies: the price in euros and its equivalent in Moroccan dirhams, converted at the rate applying on the day the voucher is issued. The amount payable on site is the dirham amount shown on the voucher; the euro figure is given as a guide. That amount is fixed and does not change between the issue of the voucher and the experience. The operator may accept other currencies or payment methods, on its own terms and at its own rate.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, by email or WhatsApp. After that, [CONDITIONS TO BE ADDED].

6. Changes by the operator

In case of adverse weather or force majeure, the experience may be rescheduled or cancelled. As no money is taken in advance, no refund is required.

7. Customer obligations

The customer must arrive at the meeting point and time stated on the booking voucher, carrying the voucher and photo identification.

8. Insurance

It is the customer’s responsibility to take out suitable travel insurance. visitmarrakech.info is not an insurer.

9. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent within 14 days of the experience to info@visitmarrakech.info.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
